Wise Education Society believes that education should not end with a degree; it should lead to skills, opportunities, and financial independence. To turn this vision into reality, WISE Skill Institute has been established as a dedicated platform where students are trained in modern digital and professional skills and guided step-by-step toward earning opportunities.

ICS Students’ Pathway: From Skills to Earning

At Wise Education Society, the ICS Students’ Pathway is designed to help female students learn practical skills alongside their studies and move toward real earning opportunities.

  • Through WISE Skill Institute, ICS students learn modern digital skills such as web development, graphic designing, digital marketing, and e-commerce while continuing their academic education. Students who have an interest in web development, digital marketing, or graphic designing are guided to specialize and work in these areas according to their skills and passion.
  • After gaining these skills, students apply them on Dehleez, an e-commerce platform where students can register themselves as sellers and open their own online shops. This platform provides them with practical experience in managing products, handling orders, and understanding online business operations.
  • Through this “Learn – Practice – Earn” model, female students are empowered to stand on their own feet, become financially independent, and support their families while continuing their education.

Moving to WISE Self-Earning Incubator

After completing their 2-year ICS studies and skill training, students move into the WISE Earning Village and transition into the WISE Self-Earning Incubator System, where they:

  • Start working on the Dehleez E-Commerce Platform as registered sellers
  • Upload, manage, and sell their own products online
  • Work on web development projects, graphic design tasks, and video editing assignments
  • Video editing
  • Freelancing essentials
  • Gain practical exposure to online business operations, sales, and digital marketing

By learning and applying skills in web development, graphic designing, digital marketing, and e-commerce on Dehleez, students gain hands-on experience, develop professional portfolios, and start earning while studying. ADP Students’ Pathway: From Skills to Earning

The ADP Students’ Pathway at Wise Education Society is designed for students who want to gain advanced professional skills and prepare for the modern digital economy. ADP students focus on high-level, specialized courses such as:

  • Web & mobile development
  • Data analysis & machine learning
  • AI tools & automation
  • Advanced e-commerce store management
  • Digital marketing & SEO
  • Software engineering and project development

Through WISE Skill Institute, ADP students work on real-life projects and professional case studies, gaining hands-on experience with advanced tools, software, and digital systems.

Working in Incubator System

ADP students join the WISE Self-Earning Incubator, where they:

  • Work on real-time, professional projects under expert supervision
  • Build AI models, dashboards, software applications, or advanced e-commerce stores
  • Follow professional project cycles: planning → development → deployment
  • Gain portfolio-ready experience in their respective fields

Outcomes for ADP Students

The ADP Students’ Pathway equips students with advanced skills and hands-on project experience in areas like web & mobile development, data analysis, AI, e-commerce, digital marketing, and software engineering. It prepares them to be job-ready, start freelancing, or launch their own ventures, empowering them to be financially independent and support their families.

Admission for Other College & University Students

WISE Earning Village is not limited to ICS or ADP students—students from other colleges and universities can also enroll in the high-tech and high-end courses offered by WISE. Unlike traditional universities where students follow only routine academic study, WISE Earning Village prepares learners with market-oriented, job-ready skills demanded by the modern IT industry. In the incubator system, these students:

  • Work on real-time projects under expert supervision
  • Gain hands-on experience in web development, AI, software engineering, digital marketing, and e-commerce
  • Start earning professionally by joining software houses or launching their own businesses
  • Develop strong portfolios and practical expertise to compete in the national and international job markets

Outcomes

Students from other colleges and universities who join WISE’s high-tech and high-end programs gain hands-on experience by working on real-time industry projects under expert supervision, allowing them to develop strong market-oriented IT skills in web development, AI, software engineering, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
