Why WISE Initiated Skill Training with Free Education

WISE introduced the concept of combining free education with IT skill training to break the cycle of poverty and empower deserving students—especially orphan and underprivileged girls—with real earning potential. Traditional education alone does not guarantee employment or financial independence. Therefore, WISE created a new model that focuses on education + skills + earning, enabling students to support themselves and their families at an early age. Transition to WISE Earning Village Incubator

After completing their academic studies and skill training, students move to the WISE Earning Village Incubator, where they begin working on real projects under the supervision of experienced industry experts. Here, students contribute to WISE projects such as Dehleez, the multi-vendor e-commerce platform, gain hands-on industry exposure, and start earning during the learning process. This incubator acts as a bridge between education and professional life, offering students a safe, supportive environment to grow financially, enhance practical experience, and prepare for long-term careers.
