Wise College Annual Election 2024

Wise College continues its tradition of nurturing leadership, responsibility, and integrity among students through its Annual Council Members Election, held every year as a part of student development. This year, the 2024 Council Elections took place on Friday, 10th October 2024, with great enthusiasm and participation from both students and staff.

The purpose of these elections is to provide students with a real-life experience of democratic values, fair competition, and the importance of leadership roles in community building.

Election Categories

Students voted across nine leadership categories under four student societies, with separate elections for boys and girls. Boys voted for male candidates, while girls voted for female candidates. The categories were as follows:

Campaign Highlights

All candidates participated with great passion and excitement. They launched their election campaigns days in advance, designing creative posters and actively engaging with their fellow students to share their vision and goals.

Transparent Process with Full Faculty Support

The entire academic staff at Wise College played a crucial role in ensuring a fair, transparent, and organized election process. Their active involvement maintained the integrity of the event and helped students understand the value of honest leadership.

100% Student Participation

The voting process lasted for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, and witnessed 100% participation from the student body—a remarkable testament to the spirit of unity and democratic involvement at Wise College.

After the voting ended, the vote counting process began under the supervision of Mr. Asif Ejaz, Head of Academics, along with support from the academic and management teams.

Announcement of Results

The excitement peaked as the results were compiled. The CEO and Principal of Wise College, Prof. Hamda Tariq, proudly announced the winners. Also present at the occasion were Mrs. Faiza Malik (Director Finance) and Mrs. Leena Munir (Director Welfare), who congratulated the newly elected council members and encouraged them to serve their roles with dedication and integrity.
