Golden ERAS of Wise
Since its inception in 1991, Wise Education Society has journeyed through three powerful eras, each reflecting a deep commitment to transforming lives through education. In its first era, Wise became the first private institute affiliated with the University of the Punjab at the postgraduate level, earning distinction by producing gold medalists and academic excellence. Wise Introduced IT Skills into its curriculum to equip students with practical tool and got competitive edge in the job market. The second era is marked to take bold and drastic steps to discontinue all post-gradaute and degree level program except I.Com/B.Com for 100% free education alongwith free facilities uniforms, bags, books, stationary and daily lunch for orphan / needy students. Where the college integrated modern IT business and professional training with tradtional studies to prepare students for self earning. Now, in its third and most compassionate era, Wise is dedicated exclusively to uplifting orphaned and underprivileged girls, empowering them through the innovative Education, healthcare, food through Wise Learning Hub and make them self sufficient with the help of skill development through Wise Self Earning Village.
Golden Eras of Wise
1991-2015
Wise College was founded with a unique mission to combat poverty and unemployment—not to be just another traditional institution. In 1991, it introduced IT skills into its curriculum to equip students with practical tools and a competitive edge in the job market. It is the only institute in Punjab affiliated with the University of the Punjab at the postgraduate level and has proudly produced gold medalists. Committed to social responsibility, Wise College has consistently provided 15% to 20% free education to deserving students.
2015-2024
Wise College took bold and transformative steps to enhance its impact. All programs were discontinued except I.Com and B.Com, and boys were also admitted to ensure broader access. The college now offers 100% free education along with nutritious meals to support student well-being. Additionally, a separate skill training institute was established to empower unemployed graduates of Wise and other universities. To ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of these programs, a significant investment was made in installing a solar power system.
3rd ERA
In its third era, Wise College is dedicated exclusively to supporting orphaned and needy girls, aiming to uplift this neglected segment of society. The focus is on producing master trainers who, in turn, will empower others to become self-earning individuals while continuing their studies. Since 1991, the core mission of Wise has been to integrate education with earning. Now, this vision has been professionally structured into a comprehensive "Education with Self-Earning" project. The initiative includes incubation training under the supervision of experienced self-earning trainers. To support this, the college is acquiring high-specification laptops and other essential equipment through equipment financing.
