Kinza’s journey is a story of courage, hope, and transformation. She belongs to a very poor family, where even basic needs were difficult to manage. Her father is a carpenter, earning a small and uncertain income, barely enough to run the household. For Kinza, higher education once felt like a distant dream—something her family simply could not afford.
As the eldest among her siblings, Kinza carried the silent burden of responsibility at a young age. She watched her father struggle every day and often worried about how her family would survive. Despite completing her schooling, continuing her studies seemed impossible until a friend told her about Wise College—a place that changed her life.
At Wise College, Kinza received free education from I.Com to B.Com (Intermediate to Degree). Along with her regular studies, she also received IT skills training, which prepared her for self-earning and a better future. For the first time, Kinza felt hope—hope that her education could truly lead to dignity and independence.
Kinza further polished her skills at Wise Earning Village and gained practical exposure by working at the Wise Incubation Centre, where she worked under expert mentorship. She also received CV writing and job interview training, helping her step confidently into the professional world.
Her hard work and determination finally paid off when she secured a job at Chughtai Lab as an Assistant Account Manager. Today, Kinza is earning Rs. 65,000 per month. She now stands as the financial support of her family, helping her father, caring for her siblings, and bringing stability and relief into her home.
Kinza’s success is not just about a job—it is about breaking the cycle of poverty, restoring dignity, and turning tears into smiles. Her story reflects the true mission of Wise: to uplift the most deserving students through free education, skill development, and compassionate support—so no dream is left behind due to poverty.
