History

Wise Institute of Self Earning, established in 1991, is built on a visionary concept and a unique philosophy: to empower students especially girls with quality education, practical skills, and confidence to achieve self-earning and financial independence during studies.

1991-2015

Wise College was established in 1991 with a concept having a unique philosophy behind it. The purpose of its establishment was not to increase the number of educated yet unemployed graduates, rather, it is the only Institution established keeping in view the two very important economic issues, i.e., poverty & unemployment. Wise College took the initiative to equip the students with skill-based training during studies that could act as a bridge between academia and the job market, resulting in reduced poverty & unemployment with the help of self earning techniques.

In 1992, Wise College introduced IT Skills to all levels during studies. It played an enormous role in building the gap between industry and academia by making IT skills compulsory for its students uptill Post-Graduate Level. Wise has a privillaged of being 1st Private Insitute affiliated with Punjab University Post Graduate Level and produced many Gold Medelists. Our graduates have always been preferred in the Job market because of their high IT Skills.

2015 onwards

Inspite of all achievements over the 3 decades, from 2015 onwards Wise has taken the initiative to entertain deprived and neglected segment of the society, the orphan and needy girls. These are girls, with dreams but no voice with talent but no tools, girls who have lost their families but must not lose their future.

Wise has made strenous efforts to drag the orphan/needy students of our society, out of the vicious circle of poverty under the banner of Wise Support Hub (Fully Funded) producing 100% free education, Uniform, Bags, Books, Stationary along with skills training, medical checkup and Nutrious food at Intermediate level (ICS). In addition to well manged system of incubation training for self earning under the supervision of self-earning experts.

Wise Support Hub, ensures that by the time girls have completed their Intermediate ICS education, they will have broken the cycle of Poverty and Created a sustainable, self reliant future for the most vulnerbale system of society.

Now the girls will be able to continue their studies at degree level under the banner of Wise Educational Hub (Partially) providing Quality Education with IT Hi-Tech / High-End Skills Training and 2 years latest IT Technologies Program, complete medical checkup with emotional and psychological support. These skillful students are ready to enter in Wise Earning Village during studies leading towards their ultimate destination self earing with the help of Wise Laon Scheme.

We are already seeing the transformation of an invisible segment of society, the girls, who are had no future are now become the self-business holders, running freelancing projects and support their families.
