3rd ERA 2024 Onwards

After three decades of impactful Wise proudly enter the 3rd era, dedicated to empowering orphan/needy girls by combining Intermediate (I.Com), Skills Training with Earning. Wise now open the doors wide to a forgotten group the orphan girls invisble segment in the society. The Girls who have dreams but no voice. Girls also have talent but no tools. Girls who have lost their families, but must not lose their future.

An estimated 60% orphan girls are neglected segment of the society who can’t continue their studies beyond matriculation. Imagine a girl who completes matriculation with shining marks, but her books are closed forever because her father is gone and her mother cannot afford a pen. Imagine thousands like her helpless, brilliant, silent.

This project is entirely unique, Education, Skill Training with Earning a new model of orphan girls empowerment. Wise is not only teaching orphan girls, but we are restoring their hopes to provide skill training with earning during studies.

This new phase of 3rd Era is a turning point aimed at breaking the cycle of poverty and creating sustainable, self-relient futures for the most vulnerable segment of our society. Wise 3rd Era was envisioned to change this tragic reality to provide not only academic education but also practical skills that enable financial inddepndence and dignity.

Project Introduction

As part of our mission, we provide 2 core stages for students: the Learning Hub and the Self-Earning Village. Our holistic approach transforms orphan and needy students by offering free education with ethics, along with food and basic healthcare through the Learning Hub. The Self-Earning Village is divided into 2 areas: in Area A, students receive skill training and incubation support to prepare them before earning, while in Area B, students are empowered to earn independently or start their own businesses during their studies. During 35 years, Wise has changed the lives of 35,000 deserving students, including 22,000 orphan students, helping them move from darkness to success.

Project Impact

Wise College is currently educating 100 orphan and deserving students completely free of cost. However, our goal is to increase this number to 500+ in the next three years through community support and strategic partnerships. We are already seeing transformations—young girls who once had no future are now managing accounts, running freelance businesses, and supporting their families.
