Wise Earning Academy has been established since Jan 2020. The purpose of this earning academy is to enabling students for earning after completion of skill training from Wise. WEA has a great mission to strengthen our students financially.

To achieve the WEA Mission, it has two categories

Business Training

Business Training
There are two types of business training’s.
(i) Physical Business Training
(ii) Online Business Training

Physical Business Training
If a student wants to start his/ her own business then WEA helps him /her for starting the business through different techniques. First of all, WEA Instructor guides the student in choosing the business type according to students’ interest. Proper business training classes conduct under the supervision of WEA professional team. In these classes student’s business ideas check & polish by the team. After selection of business idea, team helps the student for researching about selected business. Then a feasibility report for selected business is made by new business startup student under the supervision of WEA team. All the financial aspects for starting the business cover in this training classes.

Online Business Training
The purpose of this type of training is to enabling students for earning through online Innovative Techniques, such as Free Lancing, Blogging, YouTube, Facebook marketing, Shoppify & E Commerce etc. On completion of courses offered by WEA the students will be capable to earn handsome amount. For this purpose, WEA has its own inhouse software house named as where our highly professional team guides the students how to earn by using online techniques.

Business Ethics
After the successful training & selection of the business, WEA Conducts business ethics classes in which students train & motivate for fair business dealing twice a week. In these sessions WEA invites renewed business personals for sharing their success stories with the new once (business students) they also share the business ethics with the students & importance of fair dealing with customers to florish the business, such as Honesty Truth, Politeness & many ethical values.

WEA Incubators
After that WEA team has made its in-house incubators for business student’s training. In these incubators student’s get practical training for business startup. With the help of this in-house practical training program in incubators for few months a student enables to work at market level.

Provision of loan
Not only WEA provides a true practical training but also facilitate the student by providing Interest free loan. Due to provision of interest free loan with easy instalments students start their business in the relevant market & enable them for financially support to their families

Training for getting job
In this type of training WEA team conducts interview for job interested students in which they come to know about students’ skills & interested job type. After that WEA designed courses enables students for different types of job placement, such as WEA 6 months computer application with special training is very much beneficial for jobs as an FDO or Receptionist. Similarly, Web designing, web Development, Graphic Designing, Computerized Accounting & many other courses. During this type of training, WEA team also teach the format of CV (curriculum vitae) to the job interested students.
Personality Grooming with Job Ethics
In this type of training our professional team conducts the personality development & grooming classes twice a week. In these classes’ students learn about the job Ethics that how to behave with the seniors & compliance of order. In personality grooming session students learn about the professional dressing, language & work ethics. For this purpose, WEA team have some written instructions for job holders which are checked by the employers of these students in form of feedback Performa on monthly basis after the placement of the students. For these personality grooming classes WEA team also invites national & international professionals for seminars & workshops. They share their experience success stories.

Job Placement
After all the professional training for job Ethics personality grooming & job ethics personality grooming & job getting WEA refers the students in WBS job placement cell for placement.

(CCJP) cell sent their CV’s in different organization & make arrangements for their students.
