Impact of Educational Program
- Talented/ High Achievers but financially handicapped students will get Intermediate education and skill training with Jobs or Business Guidelines.
- Students will be made capable to bear their expenses on their own for further studies.
- Successful students will be in the capacity to support their families financially by getting earning opportunities.
Step 2:
Skill Training Program
After successfully completing I. Com studies, Wise students could join skill training program. This Skill Training Program is not only for Wise students but also for other students as well to enhance their earning capabilities. Above 80% population is living under the poverty line, therefore some radical strategies must be opted to improve the financial status of underprivileged families by offering technical education and employment opportunities. (Job / Business)
WISE offers Skill Training Programs according to Job Market demands that helps to develop entrepreneurial mind set. Nationally & Internationally Recognized Certificates from PSDF / NAVTTC are granted to students after completing such Skill Trainings that adds to the credentials of the students in the Job Market.
Impact of the Skill Training
- With the help of Skill Trainings, the students become potential candidates to enter in Job Market successfully or they can also start their own Business.
- Wise students after such trainings will be capable enough to bear their B.com educational expenses by their own earnings.
- Such trainings increase the employability skills of the students that leads to improved earning opportunities.
- A continuous process of earning will start, that will gradually reduce the poverty level of our country.
Step 3:
Students Placement Program (Job / Business)
Wise Placement Cell provides job opportunities to Interested students of WISE and also help in arranging interest free loans for business startup after completion of their Skill Trainings. Wise Placement Cell has established Wise Earning Academy (WEA) which is working parallel to Placement Cell. The purpose of WEA is to make the students earning members of the society by teaching them through online earning techniques & also provides business trainings for small scale business Incubators. Our dedicated team of professionals conduct regular seminars & workshops to create a liaison between the students and Industry to explore job opportunities for the WISE students
