The role of ethics is very important in our society. It is the basic believe & standards that make everything run smoothly. With the help of ethics, we can differentiate very easily human personalities. Ethics are involved in all department of our society such in schools, colleges, universities, organizations etc.
Wise college knows the importance of ethics in students character building & personality development. So, the ethics training is compulsory for all Wise students at all levels, such as Intermediate level (I. Com), Degree (B. Com) & skill trainings (PSDF, NAVTTC)
The committed leadership of wise believe that without ethical values a student could not be reach to the required destination. For this purpose, Wise established its “Ethics Training Centre” (ETC) with collaboration of well-known religious organization ‘’Al-Huda International’’. The team of “Al-Huda” working with Wise is headed by Mrs. Farida Kardar come twice a week for regular I. Com, B. Com classes. For this purpose, a special course for ethical values has been designed for I. Com (Part-I) &(Part-II). 

Similarly, for B. Com classes ethics courses is different which is based on:

i). Job Ethics, In these special classes students get training about Honesty, Loyalty, Punctuality, Regularity & orders compliance etc. Degree level education with job ethics leads to the student for placement in renowned organization. 

ii). Business Ethics, In these special classes business interested students not only get training about General Ethical values but also special business related topics such as public dealing, concept of halal & haram, correct measurement etc are also taught to the students, for becoming successful businessman. The purpose of these classes is to prepare B. Com students for pre-placement. 

Wise ETC is also conducts the workshops and Seminars for its skill students and prepare them for placement. As ethics is the base of every business & job.
