About SPEECH
SPEECH is a sister organization of the Women Institute of Self Earning (WISE), established to support and strengthen WISE’s mission through organized fundraising and advocacy. Since 1991, WISE has been dedicated to empowering students—especially girls—by providing quality education, practical skills, and confidence to achieve self-earning and financial independence during their studies. SPEECH works alongside WISE to mobilize resources, engage donors and partners, and ensure that deserving students receive continuous educational and skill-based support, enabling them to become confident, self-reliant, and productive members of society.
OUR PURPOSE
The core purpose of SPEECH is to turn words into action—to speak for those who cannot, and to raise support for those who deserve opportunities.
Through SPEECH, we aim to:
- Support WISE students financially and academically
- Promote self-earning culture among students
- Strengthen educational infrastructure
- Enable skill-based learning aligned with industry needs
- Encourage ethical earning, confidence, and independence
